Our Story

From a friend of therapists, to a builder for therapists.

Hi, I’m Sneha Murali, a builder by trade, but a psychology grad at heart.

Years ago, while studying psychology, many of my classmates chose to become therapists. I chose a different path, into product and technology. But even as I moved into building software for businesses, I never lost touch with the people who were doing the real emotional work.

A decade later, many of my closest friends are now practicing therapists. And almost every time we catch up, I hear the same frustrations on repeat:

“I forgot to follow up on a payment again.”
“I’m behind on my notes.”
“I’m jumping between five different apps just to keep things moving.”
“I love my clients… but I’m exhausted.”

The burnout wasn’t just from emotional labor, it was from juggling all the small, repetitive tasks no one sees: scheduling, documentation, invoicing, reminders.

That’s when it hit me maybe I couldn’t be a therapist, but I could build for them.

So I started Kintsugi, a quiet, intelligent co-pilot to handle the things that weigh therapists down. It’s not just about automation. It’s about giving therapists space to focus on what they do best: holding space for others.

Because healing is hard work. And therapists deserve better tools.
